1. Do you have a showroom to visit and see your furniture?
FurniPlanet.com does not have any showroom/store location yet, but we are planning to open at least one in the near future. Currently we offer our products online in order to provide high-quality furniture at the most affordable prices.
2. What are the payment methods you accept?
At FurniPlanet.com we accept most of debit and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover). You can process your payments directly at FurniPlanet.com through a secure check out protected by Authorize.net. Payments via PayPal are also available upon your request. Cash payments are provided with some limitations. If you have any question, call or email us, and your sales person will be glad to assist you and answer all your questions.
3. Should I pay any sales tax?
FurniPlanet.com charges sales tax for the residents of New York State at the rate of 8.875%.
4. What kind of return policy or warranty policy do you offer?
All returns or exchanges are accepted only within 3 days starting from the delivery date. Please note that a shipping cost and a 30% restocking fee are deducted off the return.
Any return missing the original packaging will not be processed without any exceptions. We clearly state that as far as the item is unpacked, assembled or accepted it cannot be returned/refunded, especially if it was damaged/scratched/broken. Once you agree that you have no comments or complains and sign delivery papers, the furniture is yours.
We provide free delivery and assembly if you qualified, but this free service is only complimentary, so that you can appreciate your business with us in full.
If you are eligible for free shipping and assembly, then in case of refund the delivery/assembly price will be deducted off your refund sum.
If you are shipping any item in return to us, then you will bear all the shipment expenses.
Upon delivery you are offered to sign an invoice – a document indicating that you are satisfied with our services and the quality of your purchased products. All complaints and propositions should be mentioned in the comments section of your invoice.
Most of the items at FurniPlanet.com are provided with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty. We can assist you with getting in touch with direct importers/manufactures, but we do not offer/sell a warranty.
5. Is there any land-based facility where I can physically see/touch furniture?
In order to provide you with the best prices possible, we offer our products online and do not have any store location at the moment, although we are working hard on opening a showroom in the near future. However, you can look for similar items at your local furniture store, but be sure that FurniPlanet.com guarantees you the most affordable prices.
6. Can I have the item I choose at FurniPlanet.com in a different color/material/finishing?
FurniPlanet.com serves as a reseller with special offers, which means that we do not manufacture the furniture we offer. Most of the items are presented in colors and finishes offered by manufacturers and all are listed on our website.
7. Can I pay in cash upon delivery?
Due to security reasons, there are some limitations on cash orders. Most of orders are subject to a security deposit or an upfront payment. Please discuss your preferred payment method with your sales person upon the order completion at FurniPlanet.com, so that we will be ready to serve you in the best way possible.
8. Does FurniPlanet.com offer any financing plans?
No, FurniPlanet.com does not offer any financing plans, all sales are subject of a total sum due upon delivery. As far as we gladly accept major credit cards, you can arrange financing through your bank of choice.
