Privacy policy
All information you share with FurniPlanet.com during your purchase and payment is never disclosed or shared with any third parties except the financial institutions that process your payment.
All account and credit card information is never collected, stored or reproduced under any circumstances. Your address information is only required for billing and shipping/delivery purposes.
Please note that FurniPlanet.com cannot charge your credit/debit card by phone. We prefer such trusted and secure processing systems as Authorize.net and PayPal.
Any information, rules and regulations presented at FurniPlanet.com are subject to be edited and/or removed with no further notice or liability.
Order placement
Every order is to be approved by our sales personnel, as we have to check the availability of the item(s) you requested. If you placed an order and had not yet received a confirmation, please call us for availability confirmation. If you placed an order and it is not in stock, then we can advise you to wait until it arrives from the manufacturer, or refund your initial payment and cancel the order.
Unless otherwise agreed, every order has to be fully paid upon delivery.
All prices on our website are subject to change with no further notice. In case you have placed an order and it has been confirmed and fully paid, this price is considered to be final.
Please note that if you have placed your order at the weekend, you should wait till Monday for your order to be processed and approved. In most cases manufactures are closed at the weekend, so it takes some time to check your items availability.
We are trying to keep the information about manufacturers and merchandise availability up-to-date. As a rule, all of our product descriptions (sizes, prices, shipping/delivery charges, colors, etc.) are correct, although there can be a typo or missing information, which nevertheless cannot affect your order. Remember all the orders at FurniPlanet.com are subject to verification and approval.

All shipping and assembly charges are usually discussed during the order confirmation call and payment completion.
Assembly
If you reside outside our free delivery and assembly areas, your order will be shipped in its original package and you will need to assemble it yourself, which is usually not complicated, since all the manufacturer’s instructions are included in the package. Still, in order to avoid any damages and ensure the correct assembly, please apply for professional help while assembling.
Please remember that once your order has been shipped, FurniPlanet.com bears no responsibility for its assembly. You are solely responsible for all damages occurred during the assembly process. However, we would be glad to provide you with any possible assistance upon your call to our customer support.
Some items on sale are not subject to free assembly even for the residents of our free assembly areas. Such are most of the office furniture, some wall-units, day and bulk beds, etc. The assembly of these items takes a lot of time and requires an assembly surcharge (you will be notified about this in advance).
Assembly prices may vary depending on the complexity and volume of assembly works.
Please note that our assembly service is complementary and optional. If you believe that there can be any damage to any of your property during placing/assembly, all you should do is just sign the delivery papers, and our team leave your purchased furniture in front of your house.
FurniPlanet.com bears no responsibility for any damage that occurs during assembly.
Delivery policy
Please make sure your order will fit into your apartment/house. If the sofa you order is 95 inches wide and your building entrance, apartment door or elevator is actually 94 inches wide, then we won’t be able to deliver it to your apartment as it doesn't fit. Please take all necessary measurements prior to placing your order with FurniPlanet.com. If the furniture is already delivered and it doesn’t fit, you have the right to ask for refund. Please note that all refunds are subject to a 30% restocking fee and delivery charge, even if you qualify for free delivery.
The actual delivery charge will be deducted from your submitted payment.
Please remember that at the agreed time of delivery someone over 18 years must be present at home to accept the delivered products, otherwise we will have to reschedule delivery. In case of rescheduling we charge the delivery fee even if you were initially eligible for free delivery and assembly.
Please get everything prepared for delivery and clear the space for your purchased furniture. Our delivery and assembly personnel is not obliged to remove your old furniture and clean up the space to install the new one, although they can help you with this if you would appreciate their hard work. If you are not ready for delivery, we will have to reschedule it, and in this case the delivery fee will be charged even if you were initially eligible for free delivery and assembly.
Please note that you should clean all the garbage left after assembly (plastic bags, hardware, cardboard boxes, etc.) on your own, our delivery personnel can only assist you with arranging it on your territory.
Please note that in some cases delivery may be delayed, as order transportation is a time-consuming and complicated process, often involving various transportation companies that can be located country-wide. At FurniPlanet.com we do our best to provide you with the fastest and most convenient service possible. We do not feed you with unreal promises, but instead provide you with relevant and accurate information.
Returns and Refunds Policy
Please note that all exchanges or returns will only be accepted within 5 days from the delivery date, and will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. Shipping costs are not refunded.
If your order was delivered and assembled for free, then the actual delivery and assembly cost will be deducted off your refund sum.
In case you ship the purchased products back or exchange them for another product, you bear all the shipping costs.
If you are not sure about the charges for return or refund, or do not know whether these charges apply, please contact us and we will gladly provide any details you require.
Remember that a 30% restocking fee apply to any returned products.
Please note that we do not accept the products which have been already assembled or without the original packaging, because most of the manufacturers we collaborate with do not accept their furniture back without the original packaging or the furniture that has been assembled.
We do not accept damaged, broken or scratched items either. For example, if a mattress you purchased has been unpacked of its original packaging, it cannot be returned.
Warranty/Damages Information
Every item on sale at FurniPlanet.com is provided with up to 1-year manufacturer’s warranty. Please note that manufacturers, not FurniPlanet.com bear all the responsibility related to warranty. We do not offer any warranty plans via our online store and are not responsible for any manufacturer’s defects, since FurniPlanet.com acts only as an intermediary between a manufacturer and you.
If you notice any damage or defects within 5 days after delivery, please call us immediately, as further delay may result in cancelling the return. The warranty is provided by the manufacturer.
Remember that when you sign the delivery papers and leave no special remarks, you agree that the delivered furniture is in perfect condition, which means that it is no longer subject to return. If you would like to leave any remarks about the furniture condition, please do it in the special section of your delivery invoice.
All furniture purchased at FurniPlanet.com is carefully inspected prior to shipment. Still, if you notice any damages of defects, please write this down in the delivery papers. Claims regarding defective items should be sent to sales@furniplanet.com with pictures of the damaged parts and damage description. All emails regarding the quality of the manufacturers products are forwarded to these manufacturers for further consideration. If the manufacture approve your complaint and confirm the defects, we will gladly assist you with your product replacement.
Again, remember that once you signed the delivery papers with no complaints about the quality of your purchased furniture, you agree that you are satisfied with it and have no complaints. The golden rule says, “defective goods should be sent back with the truck they were delivered’.
